Ivanka is a client services extraordinaire. Her skill set and work behind the scenes play an integral role at I Know The Broker. She is responsible for ensuring clients receive the best possible service and communications, from loan submission right through to settlement and beyond.
Once loan applications are submitted, Ivanka becomes the client’s best friend and advocate. With her great relationship with lenders, Ivanka keeps the banks on their toes, making sure promises on time frames and settlements are kept. With a property management background, Ivanka is worth her weight in gold and is a wealth of information on all things lending. From loan accounts to insurance, to setting up repayments, Ivanka will be there to assist. Her role is critical in ensuring clients remain satisfied and happy with their service.
Outside of her professional life, Ivanka is dedicated to caring for her three children and embracing the laid-back lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. She also channels her passion for assisting others by running a personal home organisation business. Even during her leisure time, Ivanka is generous and finds fulfilment by volunteering at aged care facilities.
