With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kristin has built a career based on a commitment to helping people achieve their financial goals. After gaining experience in various roles, she completed her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, becoming a fully qualified mortgage broker.

Kristin’s approach is simple: she believes that finance doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. By putting her clients at the centre of everything she does, she works to make the home loan process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

As a vital member of the IKTB team, Kristin plays a pivotal role in the home loan application process. She collaborates closely with our brokers to conduct credit analysis, serviceability assessments, and loan comparisons. Kristin is responsible for preparing loan submissions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and efficient application process while providing support and guidance to clients every step of the way.

When she’s not working, Kristin loves spending time with her husband and two boys, cheering them on as their number one fan at their sporting events. A daily beach walk and outdoor activities are essential for her, as is spending quality time unwinding with good friends.

Ivanka is a client services extraordinaire. Her skill set and work behind the scenes play an integral role at I Know The Broker. She is responsible for ensuring clients receive the best possible service and communications, from loan submission right through to settlement and beyond.

Ivanka holds her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and understands the lending process better than most. Once loan applications are submitted, Ivanka becomes the client’s best friend and advocate. With her great relationship with lenders, Ivanka keeps the banks on their toes, making sure promises on time frames and settlements are kept. With a property management background, Ivanka is worth her weight in gold and is a wealth of information on all things property and lending. From loan accounts to insurance, to setting up repayments, Ivanka will be there to assist. Her role is critical in ensuring clients remain satisfied and happy with their service.

Outside of her professional life, Ivanka is dedicated to caring for her three children and embracing the laid-back lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. She also channels her passion for assisting others by running a personal home organisation business. Even during her leisure time, Ivanka is generous and finds fulfilment by volunteering at aged care facilities.

Elliott is a fully qualified broker with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. In his role, Elliott works closely with our senior broker, Renee, to carry out credit analysis, serviceability assessments, loan comparisons, policy research, and interpreting lender document requirements. This work ensures customers obtain the best available solution in the constantly moving and complex world of lending.

Elliott joined the team with over 10 years of professional experience in the civil engineering and project management fields to his name. With his impressive education and professional background, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his work at I Know The Broker. With an eye for detail being crucial when applying for finance, Elliott can effectively manage our customers' loan applications and ensure they enjoy a simple and seamless experience.

In his spare time, Elliott enjoys life with an adventurous spirit. He can be found exploring new hiking trails, chasing early morning waves, or relaxing in the company of cherished friends and family. Elliott is also a "culinary enthusiast," with a love for cooking and trying new food, turning each dining experience into a delectable journey of discovery.

Renee started her career in the mortgage broking industry in 2014 and has since built IKTB into a successful mortgage brokerage, establishing herself as one of the Sunshine Coast’s most accomplished brokers. Her outstanding achievements are consistently acknowledged through glowing reviews and a multitude of awards and accolades from esteemed industry bodies, including ratemyagent.com.au.

Renee has been in business for as long as she can remember and has studied in business, finance, and real estate. With a love of numbers from her earliest days, Renee possesses energy, dedication, and enthusiasm for ensuring that your biggest investment is a seamless and positive experience. As the Managing Director of IKTB, Renee ensures this same passion is achieved from top down at I Know The Broker. Since 2023, Renee has also become a fully endorsed mentor to help others achieve similarly fantastic results and enjoyment from the industry.

​Renee specialises in sourcing and structuring a wide range of home and investment finance packages for her clients. "I am very good at finding solutions when no one else can. ​Renee is a fully qualified member of the Mortgage and Finance Industry of Australia (MFAA) and has both her Certificate IV & Diploma in Financial Services, along with an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

When not at work, Renee can be found doing anything from dining with friends and family, to keeping fit on her daily walk and swim at the beach, climbing a local mountain, or anything outside in the sun.
